Prorouging Parliament
What is the procedure necessary to abrogate a prorougation of Parliament should it become known that government is guilty of a malfeasance during that prorougation period and the government brought it on specifically to avoid that malfeasance.

The GG would not grant the perogue I assume. The PM can only ask the GG to perogue, not perogue himself. If the GG felt that it was not in the best interest of the crown, then he/she would not grant it.

The prorouge would never be illegitimite since it can only be granted by the GG or monarch him/herself. The porogue disolves that session. Usually a new session is scheduled in a fixed date agreed upon by the GG & the PM (although legally it probably has the power completelty with the GG). I suspect the GG can adjust the schedule but the porogue is done. The session restarted is new and fresh and starts with a new throne speech (confidence vote).
