This is so not what I thought this thread was about.
Yes....more whining. The last one was you whining about the Church not giving you money to buy a car, and now your whining about having to tithe. Guess what.... you don't HAVE to tithe if you can't afford it.
Not actually, my original OP was meant to be more about judgmental views on giving.
I'll try and rephrase it but I think it's going to sound way worse.
I don't see where some guy with a ten thousand dollar T.V. giving 500 bucks here or there can bitch at the guy who can only give 50 or 60, for not giving enough or needing more then he needs.
I wasn't actually complaining about having to give, I was bringing up the point that to some people, it isn't anything to give.
If you're not really making any sacrifice, whats it all mean to you?
Should it mean more to give when it hurts then when it doesn't hurt?
You know, it's the thought that counts. Well, if that's true, how are the emotions behind that thought?
