Roger waters - to bring wall on tour

There are rumblings thats Roger Waters (of Pink Floyd) is considering bringing THE WALL back on tour.

Early speculation is that it will be his Bleeding Heart Band, but Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason has expressed interest in working with Roger again. What would be great is to have David Gilmour get on board and pull the band together as a tribute to the late Richard Wright who died of brain cancer.

Wishful thinking, but having seen Waters performance of Dark Side of the Moon I will be sure to get a ticket.

Sounds like someones bank account needs a recharge.

I think old rockers look ridiculous when they go out on nostalgia tours. I won't be that geriatric attending a Madonna concert when she is 80.

Well I wouldn't attend a Madonna tour when she was in her 20's. Waters has never stopped touring. He just stopped playing with Floyd after the Final Cut, but I can attest that he still puts on a hell of a show.

Haha Grain likes Madonna. That's so gay:laugh:

Well, I think that's cool and would hope they get back together. Would be really cool if they wrote a song for Richard.

I'd definitely go see them if they got back together, if I could.

If you can't laugh at yourself, I'll be glad to do it for you.

Watching Floyd/Waters is an ageless experience because the whole was always greater than the sum of the parts.

I doubt you could bring a teenager of today to see them for the first time without the kid being awestruck.

Floyd is a band that built generation after generation of following with rarely a #1 hit single. No flash in the pan...

I'd go see Waters if he tours, for sure!

    I like his last statement.

"I believe we should be good to each other on pragmatic grounds rather than because "God tells us to be"."
