Its not the lack of belief, its the ability to discuss it, as a study group eg to gauruntee time & space available + whatever financial incentive there maybe in organizing.
It is not the lack of belief, but the belief that when the final synapses in your mind fire out you will be pulled into a great black abyss devoid of existence. I think we should call it The Church of Dark Vaginas.

Then why call it a religion? Religion is a belief in a deity, what or whoever that may be.

Conversely one cannot prove he/she doesn't
So if thinking that God exists is a belief
Then so is thinking that he/she doesn't
People will call on logic to disprove the existence?

For legal purposes, a religion or the protection provided to a religion is not the same as what most people call religion. Check out the wiki page on the matter:

Religion is the belief in SOMETHING. Don't make the mistake of pining it down to a deity or as some supernatural function.
Then call it something else. Call it what it is, an agreement of disbelief looking to share the benefits that orgainized religion enjoys. :thumbsup:
