    The Case for Reincarnation

No doubt the faithful believers will feel this does not belong in this section however there is no other appropriate place and as if does have a 'faith following of believers' it might qualify for a spot.

I believe there is more than one life to be lived. Whether that fits reincarnation or not - I think our short time on earth is insignificant for us to absorb all there is concerning our evolutionary experience with the possibility of rising to other levels
    of existence.

Life to me is a learning experience - a study in life - a mastery of failures - a joining with peace and acceptance. I believe it can rarely be done in one lifetime under a strict set of encumbrances such as we are given with one physical life in approximately 70-80 years.

Others who have written on this topic make more significant contributions and reasoning than I have put down here, but sometimes when I am reflecting, the concept of reincarnation seems to make sense in that our lives are not wasted
in one examination (or lifetime), but we are preparing for the next....which may or may not resemble what we have here on earth.

I also believe that we keep coming back until we get it right What is right, we have our own idea and there are many people who try to convince us that their way is the right way bbbuuuttt who knows.

    Good morning and thanks Sparrow

I rarely talk about this because I feel the tinfoil hats being measured for my head...

The subject keeps having interest for me and I like to find out others' reactions and thoughts... although I have been told off royally many times for some discussions.

One of the qualities of a human is curiosity. If someone is measuring you for a tin hat they better make it big enough for two of us. Some say what is our proof reincarnation exists, I say what proof do they have that it does not.

Don't you love these people who think they know it all. I believe it is because way down deep they are afraid to explore the possibilities. Life is a learning process and the only way we can learn is by keeping an open mind.

Supposing part of us survives physical death, reincarnation would explain many injustices in the world in the sense that in the long run, we all go through hell and heaven at some time in our cycles of living...

One life as an abuser, another as an abused... stuff like that...

Whatever this is worth, there is this idea that each soul is 'opened up' to a certain degree on a scale of 0 to 360 (circle)... Someone who is opened up at 180 degrees would be someone who is half free. Half of his decisions aren't decisions at all but only the result of his environment... social pressure... chemical reactions in the brain...

Someone opened up at 270 degrees would be someone who is 75% free... etc.

As we progress through our life cycles, our souls open up to integrate free will. It's a long process because you can't learn how to use free will in only one lifetime... And the further you are the harder it is to progress because things get so subtle...

I am an advocate of reincarnation with our goal being that of moving toward the light. The light being the highest power.

I believe "home" is over there some place and that is where we come from and that is where we will return to.

Each life here is done by choice and is a chance to evolve to a higher level.
Each meeting here is not by chance but by choice as we write much of our journey before we come. We write the skeleton before we arrive, while here and in the flesh, we fill in the rest as we choose. Those we meet are of our circle. We choose our parents, our country, our circumstances and the length of time we will be here. There is no male or female there is only spirit.

I believe each cycle is for a reason. Sometimes to teach and sometimes to learn.

There are many I recognize along the way as a "soul mate" others are merely people who we barely touch yet each matters.

There are different levels even here. My mother was higher than I. My current partner is higher than I. Some are equal. Others I mentor, some guide me.

On the other hand to be more critical, it is possible nothing exists except the here and now. Maybe there is no other world. I accept that may be the truth. Some of my friends live that truth. I live my truth as that is what works for me. What matters is where we find comfort and self and love that connects us and betters us.

There is no right, there is no wrong except for that which defines us. Not a popular concept but one that just is.
