    Talking Poetry Contest (OMG)!

I’m in a bit of an odd mood today — I’d like to read some poetry. I’ve been scouring the Internet, and haven’t found anything that I particularly like, so I thought it might be neat to create a sort of contest. I’m looking for original poems (i.e., written by you) that are based on the paranormal. The poems have to be at least 60 words, and at least 16 lines; for each valid submission, you get 500 Casino dollars. The winner (i.e., my biased and completely unprofessionally-chosen, subjectively favourite poem) gets 10,000 Casino dollars (that’s worth quite a bit of on-line gambling right there).

There might be some bonus prizes too, for honourable mentions.

The deadline is Monday, 00:00 PST/03:00 EST (so, the end of Sunday).

Could be fun but I'm not sure what I'd do with Casino Dollars.
