    Exclamation Reporting a Post Function

    For some there appears to be confusion about how to report a post. Therefore, this sticky is in place to explain the simple mechanics.

    If you find a post to be unacceptable or that falls under the following criteria:(Spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts.) you have the option to report that post using the boards report post function.

    You can execute a report by using this button at the bottom left of the offending post. (Make sure you click on the proper post otherwise it can create confusion in the reporting process)

    You will then be redirected to a page where you can explain why you are reporting the post. There is no need to provide a URL as the board automatically records the post and the URL you are reporting.

    Simply state why you are reporting the post and send the report. You will likely not be notified as to what (if any) diciplinary action has been taken, but the report will be reviewed and followed up by member of the Administrative/Moderating Team.

    Basic Rules of Thumb

    • The report post function is not there for members to use for humorous activities. If you report a post make sure it falls within the criteria mentioned;
    • Reporting a post is anonymous. It is your choice whether or not to make it public;
    • All reports are followed up; and
    • A member who is in good standing may not be infracted, but warned at the discretion of an Admin/Mod.

    If you have any other questions please feel free to direct them to the Admin/Mod team.
